Police arrested one man on rape and kidnapping charges.

Witnesses called police on Sunday after seeing a naked woman tied up near 11th and 129th St. around 10 a.m.

Police arrested Eric Jospeh Beard on Sunday. He faces charges of first degree rape; kidnapping; and forcible sodomy.
