A Wagoner county woman turned herself into police on charges of first degree manslaughter.
Ernestine Robertson faces three counts of manslaughter and two counts of a DUI with great bodily injury for a crash that happened on November 27th, 2011.
Court records allege Robertson was driving a car on state highway 51 in Wagoner County just before one in the morning on the 27th when the car she was driving crossed the center line and hit another car. Reports show two passengers in her car were thrown from the vehicle and killed, a third passenger in her vehicle was pinned in the car and killed.
Robertson and the driver and passenger from the other vehicle were treated at St. Francis after the crash. Troopers investigating the crash took a blood alcohol test from Robertson at 4 a.m. and found her BAC to be .05, a BAC test taken by the hospital earlier in the night and obtained by investigators with a search warrant showed her BAC to be .12. Both tests also had positive results for cannabinoids.
Warrants were issued for Robertson and she was taken into custody on June 20th.
