A Tulsa woman accused of running an unlicensed massage parlor is in jail.

Police arrested Sandra Knapton after an undercover investigation. Knapton was allegedly running an unlicensed massage parlor near 61st and Highway 169, one block from the Heart church.

"i just seen the police pick her up handcuff her," said a neighbor who asked not to be identified.

The mother of two watched from a distance as police arrested Knapton. She says there were always men leaving this apartment.

"It was just men constantly coming over there and one day I got kind of suspicious because i was like mens is coming over there like every other hour different men," said the neighbor.

Investigators say while an officer was getting a massage Thursday Knapton didn't try to cover him up and then later agreed to have sex with him for $300.

"We were like oh my gosh she finally got busted," she said.

This mother says while the men were dressed professionally, this wasn't the business she wanted in her neighborhood.

Knapton faces six charges, including soliciting prostitution within 1000 feet of a church.
