The person who stole my purse and used my cards did not get punished.

Budget cuts made it necessary for TPD to lay off new employees until after the superbowl. Initiating the best paid holiday season for more rookies in the history of TPD :-/ Of course it's not really proper to lay this employment debacle at TPD's front door. The primary fault lies with our Republican foot dragging mayor and his inept nepotus assistant Simonson. He failed to secure a grant from DOJ that would have made it POSSIBLE to continue on in a more normal fashion. (FYI the girl scouts were able to accomplish what Simonson was unable to do!) The good thing is the TPD is working on this woman's case. When my purse was stolen a year ago, TPD never even answered my messages or did anything to try to catch th person who used my debit cards. I guess I was not important.
