Tulsa police investigate deadly domestic shooting

Tulsa police are investigating the city’s 44th homicide after a shooting victim dies from his wounds.

Police say Robert Bragg was shot on December 1st and died on December 10th. They say the shooting was originally a domestic violence case. Police say Bragg’s girlfriend called 911 and said she shot her boyfriend.

Police questioned her and released her. The case is being forwarded to the District Attorney’s office to determine if charges will be filed.
