Tulsa police have arrested a man they say stole several thousand dollars’ worth of steel material from a construction site.

Police say the man, identified as Carl E. Brown, was seen in the attached photo throwing metal items and equipment parts over the fence of a construction site near 5100 S. Wheeling. The incident happened around 8:30 pm on April 5th. Police say he would store the materials behind dumpsters before taking them from the location.
