Tulsa police arrested a suspect in a shooting after a standoff on Thursday afternoon.

Police arrested a man they say is a suspect in the shooting of a man at the Westminster Apartments on Wednesday night.

Police say they got information the suspect was inside another apartment at the Westminster Apartments just after 1 on Thursday afternoon.

There were an eight month old, an 11-year old and a 16-year old were in the apartment with the suspect. After a short stand off with police, he left the apartment and was taken into custody.

The victim in Wednesday night’s shooting is being treated at a hospital.
