Tulsa police arrested a man accused of assaulting and robbing a woman inside her east Tulsa apartment.
Police say the victim told them a man waited inside her apartment while she was at work and threw her face down on the floor and pointed a gun at her when she got home. The victim picked Brandon Savage out of a photo line up and said he hit her in the back of the head with the gun and took her clothes off while searching her for money.
The victim told police Savage made her crawl to a back bedroom where he assaulted her and then took several items from the apartment before leaving.
Police say Savage is on probation for a previous conviction. He was taken into custody on charges of robbery with a firearm and rape by instrumentation.
