A Tulsa man has been charged in the assault of an underage girl.
Tshaka Rivers is charged with sexual abuse of a minor. He’s accused of having relations with a 16-year old girl. Rivers is the managing director for the non-profit group New Hope, a children’s mentoring program.
FOX23 spoke with Rivers in October after his son was hit and killed by a car while walking to school. According to the arrest report Rivers denies the charges.
