Agents with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation Internet Crimes Against Children Unit arrested a Tulsa man on several complaints related to child pornography.
An OSBI undercover ICAC agent assumed the internet profile of a woman they say had been contacted by Bryan Lancaster via an on-line dating service.
Investigators say she contacted the Allen Police Department about her concerns the man was trying to build relationships with women who have young daughters. The Allen Police Department contacted OSBI’s ICAC Unit in mid June.
Since then, the OSBI undercover agent posed as both a woman and a pre-teenage girl. Investigators say Bryan Lancaster solicited the girl and exposed himself via computer images on two occasions.
OSBI agents along with Tulsa Police Officers served a search warrant on Lancaster and seized several computers, cell phones, and a thumb drive at a north Tulsa where he was staying with a friend.
He was arrested on probable cause on two counts of soliciting sexual communication or conduct with a minor by use of technology, two counts of indecent Exposure, one count of Possession of Child Pornography, and one count of Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
Lancaster was booked into the Tulsa County jail.
