The Tulsa Police Department has identified a person of interest in a hit and run that injured a man in a Walmart parking lot on June 6th.

Police say David Swift was walking in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart at 2019 E. 81st St. when he was struck by a speeding car and seriously injured. The speeding vehicle then continued and ran into the front of the store with the driver fleeing the scene on foot.

The Riverside Division Traffic Unit named 22-year old Silas Carey as a person of interest in the case. The investigators believe he is staying in the Tulsa area.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS or text TIP918 to CRIMES. Text STOP to 274637 to cancel.

Why take the time to call in if you see this guy? The judges will just make him pay bail and he will be right back out on the street anyway...it is useless to arrest these people if the judges just let them go free to maim and kill again. Where are all these judges coming from anyway?
