he was supposed to be in prison until 2017... hmm why was he out? He was arrested on 1/22 for not paying his fines.. not a traffic violation like they are saying. He should have never been out in the first place.

Even with video of him beating a man to death, they still let him walk. There is something seriously wrong with the for-profit prison industry.
