Owasso police say a suspect in a recent strong arm robbery turned himself after seeing his photo on TV.

Police say the 19-year old Francisco Birruta turned himself in on Tuesday morning.  Police say Birruta confessed to stealing a case of beer from the Kum N’ Go at 307 East 2nd Ave. around 8:30 on Saturday night. Police say the clerk tried to stop the suspect and was beaten up.

Birruta faces one robbery charge.
