Bixby police arrested another suspect in a meth fire that sent a woman to the hospital.

Investigators say 28-year old Paul Kappel was cooking meth when a fire started at a Bixby home late last year. The fire destroyed the house and sent one person to the hospital.

Kappel is charged with arson and manufacturing a controlled drug.
