That's bad they took his tools. A thief who steals a mans' tools he make a living with is right down there with child molester in my book.

Never understood why someone would have a $2000 stereo system in a $1500 car. Probably had $2500 in rims and tires also. I laugh everytime I see a vehicle broke down on the side of the road with big flashy rims. Nice priorites people.

Tulsa P.D. states it only takes a couple of minutes to steal your car. They claim it is a real problem if you break down or leave your car on the side of the road. Sounds like a real crack, sharp law enforcement agency you have there in Tulsa. Plenty of information about how bad it is. No arrests. In our state, legislators passed laws that crack down on scrap dealers and police are going after them. They cannot pay in cash anymore. Only checks and you need personal I.D. to sell it and they take the license plate number of the person who brings it in. Great job Tulsa Police. Plenty of warnings. Wheres the action and response to the problems? The politicians don`t seem to care about the people in their state, and the police just consider it all a property crime. No big deal. Wonderful.
