So did anyone pitch some dog food to the dogs or did the neighbors tsk tsk and go to the phone.

Sure, since the news is involved Animal control will do something, Otherwise you're on your own unless the dog becomes violent. Ive been attacked by two violent dogs last year, Sorry Bloody Badges, I don't call if attacked and walk away, your just not worth it.
