Tulsa police arrested a man after being found with stolen copper.

Police say they were called to investigate a suspicious person at the Trade Winds Hotel near Harvard and Skelly around 3 in the morning on Thursday.

Ellis Horne was arrested after police say they found copper and metal in his hand as well as other burglary tools. Horne faces charges of 2nd degree burglary and larceny of copper wire.
