Tulsa police arrest a man after he allegedly breaks into woman’s apartment while naked from the waist down.

Officers say Jared Fletcher was found inside an apartment in south Tulsa breaking furniture. The victim told police she woke up when Fletcher broke her sliding glass door and she ran out of the front door of the apartment.

Police say Fletcher refused to leave the apartment and officers fired a pepper ball inside to subdue him. Police arrested Fletcher for first degree burglary, obstruction and assault and battery on a police officer.
