Interesting that an a animal control person is making this statement. 1) animal under control...until the owner Opened the door, then old not control her pet. 2) no prior report... She had warned her neighbors to be careful as she didn't know what it would do. Just because they hadn't called animal control does not mean there was not a known and immediate danger. 3) accident. Hardly. This dog was a loaded gun waiting to be fired.

That's amazing. The freaking police claim that they are not signed on to protect or serve. But when protection comes from another source . They get all jealous and give you a ticket for replacing them. They don't care about the homeowner or resident. All they want to do is write tickets

Neuter the Mayor !! Spay the women that operate animal control. Mutilation of pets ?? Is that really humane ? It changes their metabolism. Makes em blow up like a blimp. Renders their value as a home guardian useless. They become biscuit burners.

The dog's owner will have their hands full paying the victim's hospital bills, without having to pay petty tickets for "harboring an un-neutered dog." Someone at Animal Control should be fired.
