A Washington County judge declared a mistrial for a Dewey mother accused of child abuse.

This is the 2nd mistrial for Danielle Connor. She was charged with felony child abuse in February of 2012. She’s accused of scalding her infant daughter’s body with scalding bath water.

The 1st mistrial happened in August when a jury was unable to reach a verdict. The 2nd mistrial was declared on Monday after Connor’s attorney mentioned the first mistrial despite being instructed to not mention it.

A new trial date will be set on March 15th.

She looks livid. But by calling everybody zombie it just makes you a zombie that calls everyone else a zombie. So a zombie, zombie caller. Gotta try to help you fit in with the rest of the zombies.
