Midtown neighbors warn about unassuming burglar

A man dressed like a businessman is suspected of hitting homes in Midtown. One neighbor believes she saw him target a home last fall.

this is why knowing your neighbors is a good thing. knowing when someone is home and when they arnt and asking sales men for their permit for door to door sales. when i started asking the door to door magazine sales for theirs they have stopped coming in the neighborhood.
