Police Arrested James Rhys Davis may 2nd wherein James "Rhys" Davis put all the blame on a former friend who left some items in (Rhys's home). I was arrested the morning of the 5th of September. "Rhys" has a previous charge of possession with intent to distribute hence the desire to put the blame on someone else. Good job getting the story straight fox news
