Tulsa police arrested a man for making sexual proposals to a teen girl.

Records show 50-year old Ralph Rousch is charged with three counts of making lewd or indecent proposals to a child. The alleged indecent proposals happened over a six month period last year.

Roush is being held on $45,000 bond.
