Former Liberty High School teacher and coach, Earl Tennial, has been charged with one count of lewd molestation with a 15-year-old student.
A police report shows Tennial sent inappropriate text messages to the female student. She also told police Tennial grabbed, fondled and kissed her while she was in his office.
The Liberty Public School District found out about the text messages in December and immediately suspended the teacher with pay. He was then fired from the district in January.
Liberty, Oklahoma is a small town south of Tulsa.
