Jury finds Amber Hilberling guilty of 2nd degree murder

@DRMAX....are you one of her parents friends? Did you go to med school with them or just hang out at the country club together? Quit defending this rich girl who thought she was hot and that his death was a joke...though her parents status did prompt Tim Harris to offer her a sweet deal,her parent's money could not buy this jury! At least her next lover in jail will be protected by bars on the windows!

Yea! Way to go jury! Amber looks evil in all of her mugshots. Check out the eyes. She lightened her hair to try and make her face look softer. Wearing white see through shirts into court. Didn't work! Amber, you're the only one who thinks you're cute ! Never heard in any of the stories that she was "SORRY". Nobody has ever fallen or been pushed out of that high rise before. When you do something that causes another human being to die, you go to prison for it. The only waste of taxpayer money was the fact that it took over a year for this few day trial to happen. The biggest joke is her attorney, Jasen Candy Corn suing the Apartments for faulty windows, which is another case he is going to lose. Too bad she didn't get life. Mommy and step-daddy's money couldn't help you this time. Hope the innocent kid gets to spend alot of quality time with his Paternal Grandparents. They'll never have Joshua back, but he lives on in that boy! Help support and bring awareness to the men who suffer domestic violence because it truly does go both ways!!!

You don't have to be a Rhodes Schollar to understand why she was convicted. Her defense should be sued for malpractice. If she had never tried to defend herself ...... Poor girl the judge offered her five. She should have bit then.

Death during the commission of an assault will result in the guilty verdict they brought down every time. Thank you to all the jurors who had to sit through this trial as well as the strength of Josh's family to have to endure this. She should have taken the deal that was offered by his family - now she can get out in time to watch her son become a man - thankfully without her guidance.

DRMAX - this guy did NOT 'fall right through' this window, he was PUSHED. These windows are safe. When I was a teenager my dad lived there, once I tripped and hit my head on one of these windows hard enough to get a concussion. This building has been occupied for 44 years, and no one has ever 'fallen' from one of these windows, despite your ridiculous statement that this could happen any day of the week. There are thousands of windows in tall buildings around Tulsa exactly like these, that NO ONE EVER just falls out of. This guy was pushed. That push lead to his death. That's murder.

Ladies Ladies Ladies....let's start with the windows - they are code even now - they are code which means they meet the minimum standard for a high rise building. The defense called the window expert and the DA countered with another to say that the windows are code. Secondly, you do not need to know that someone will die to be guilty of murder. second degree murder means it wasn't premeditated murder IE shoe didn't plan it....Second degree murder means that her actions directly caused his death. It wasn't the window that killed him - it was the push! She is guilty - beyond a reasonable doubt...and she has shown NOT ONE lick of remorse for her actions!

I find it astonishing that you or anyone else wants to defend her with the ridiculous "weak window" excuse. Maybe you should read the whole story. She did know about the windows, they had just broken the bedroom window with a laundry basket, prior to her murdering him. She knew the windows were weak when she pushed him into one! And how could you possibly know it was a "little shove"?? I mean, she's not a small girl and she was 7 months pregnant, so, she had enough weight to push him hard enough to go through that window. She's guilty of murder, stop making excuses for her!

I find it astonishing that the DA could produce a so-called expert to testify that windows wimpy enough for someone to fall right through are OK in a high rise apartment. If anyone is culpable in this case it would be the A-hole who installed those sub-standard windows, knowing they were an accident waiting for a time to happen. For that woman to be guilty of anything criminal, she would have had to know, a priori, that her husband would just go right on through the closed window with only a litlle shove. Something like that could have happened any day of the week were a person to trip on something walking by one of those flimsy windows. The DA should have their collective heads examined for wasting taxpayer's money to try this case.
