An argument among neighbors turns into a pepper spray war and the incident is caught on cell phone video.

Two moms said their babies were caught in the middle of the fight.

On Sunday, Glenpool police were called to an apartment complex on West Main near Highway 75.

Officers believe 23-year old Amber Baker is the one who pepper sprayed two women who had children in the car.

Despite screaming children heard on the cell phone video, pictures of infants with rashes on their faces and the suspect using pepper spray, Baker told FOX23 News she did not use her pepper spray at the children.

The cell phone video captures a mother confronting two other mothers about spraying her daughter with pepper spray.

The video shows the mother charging towards the passenger side of the car with a water bottle in hand.

"She tried to hit me so I sprayed her,” said Kasondra Haubert.

The video doesn’t show it what the moms said happened next. They said their neighbor, Amber Baker, sprayed their six-month old and 13-month old with pepper spray inside the car.

"She just reached right in and sprayed them," said Kandyce Haubert.

On the cell phone video you can hear Kandyce Haubert yell 'why would you do that to a baby? What are you thinking?'

"I never once bent over in the car and sprayed any kids. There were no kids in the car at all,” said Baker.

Kandyce Haubert said she was panicking and trying to get the kids out of the backseat as quickly as possible.

Baker said she was defending her mother. A few hours earlier, Kasondra Haubert admitted she sprayed at a group of neighbors, including Baker’s family, when confronted about pushing a kid sitting on the stairs.

"Got us in the eyes, chin, face," said neighbor Amber Morton.

Boths sides claim this was self defense.

“I would never, never, hurt or harm a child, at all. I wouldn’t do it, that’s not me. Anybody who knows me knows that is not feasible,” said Baker.

Pictures of the infants show a rash consistent with pepper spray.

Police said when they arrived the children had mucus running from their noses.

"You can hear her screaming bloody murder and it broke my heart," said Kasondra Haubert.

Baker posted $10,000 bond.

Glenpool said this case is still under investigation.
