Indecent exposure arrest at south Tulsa Walmart

Tulsa police arrested an indecent exposure suspect at a south Tulsa Walmart. One shopper caught this disturbing incident on her cell phone camera and reveals it to FOX23.

right where you belong... there will be plenty of people to take care of your needs in there... you sick SOB..... i knew someone like you but did the same thing in the parking lots of stores waiting to get caught... sick i tell you... i am glad thatyou got caught may be not who you wanted but oh well.... you slept in your bed now lay in it
