What about businesses and apartment complexes that have their sprinkler running into the streets??

Salt Karl's head right after it comes out. Homeowners with slick roadways due to their own sprinkler CoUlD spread a little salt not only for the safety of others but also for themselves.

Sounds great...but how exactly should one go about suing Jesus when He sends RAIN that freezes on the road and causes a crash. We need to figure this one out for sure.
