A hearing for a Tulsa teen accused of killing his mother is delayed until July.
Hank Laird pleaded not guilty to beating his mother to death with a shotgun in January. Police found Linda Laird’s body in her south Tulsa home.
Prosecutors say Hank Laird’s friend, Josiah Sklar, was at the home at the time of the beating. He’s charged as an accessory after the fact.
Court dates for both teens are set for July.
