Former Victory Christian Center worker to appear in court

A former janitor at Victory Christian Center accused of making a lewd proposal to a child will be in court on Monday.

Israel Castillo pleaded not guilty to allegations he sent explicit messages to a 14-year old girl on Facebook. Castillo says he did not know the girl was 14, prosecutors say he had known her for two years.

Castillo faces up to 20 years in prison. His trial is scheduled to begin in August.
