Former OU player suspected of drug trafficking

A former OU football player is in the Tulsa jail facing drug charges.

De'mond Parker is accused of trafficking crack cocaine. According to the arrest report Parker was the passenger in a car stopped by officers on Wednesday night for running a stop sign.

Officers said they found marijuana in Parker's pocket. A search of the car turned up a machete and 28 grams of crack cocaine.

Parker also had an outstanding warrant. His bond is more than $25,000.
