They always tell people, like the other story about the gunman that was chased by 2 citizens, not to chase crooks but to get a good description, but they virtually never REPORT the description. These 'reports' are worse than useless.

Just a little bit of cool weather and it's like these morons are on another planet. I've got tons more respect for the man in the wheelchair. He probably worked hard for all that he had.
