I had just recently returned to Tulsa on February 2010 from Tyler, Texas. I was homeless and sleeping on the stairway at St. John's Hospital on 21st & Utica. It was 4:30am when suddenly a personage stood before me. It was Billy Joe Daugherty. He stood before me dressed in a white robe that was stained. His right eye was popped out and hanging out of it's socket. I was shocked and in awe. As he stood before me he said; " David, please forgive me for hurting you. We all have sin in us, we all have done wickedness. It is by the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ that we are saved. We are saved by grace through faith and not of yourself it is a gift of God." Billy Joe said; "Take your eyes off me and put them on JESUS".Then he vanished. I was assured by this visitation that faith in God's grace is what saves us all.

It is obvious that this case has turned into a "RELIGIOUS PROFILING AND TARGETING" and "JUDICIAL RACKETEERING" against John and Charica Daugherty. The charge of Failure to Report Child Abuse is FRAUDULENT and RACKETED in nature by a Corrupted Enforcement and a Corrupted Judicial Court seeking to discredit Victory Christian Center. Furthermore the parading of John and Charica Daugherty in the News Media is a crime in itself in the nature of Libel, Slander and Defamation. It appears that there are inconsistencies of the FACTS and that these half truths are being used to attack the Daugherty's. I find it strange and rare that a "rape" would occur in a "stairway". There has had to be other actions involved by the victim herself. I see John and Charica plus the others innocent of the crime that has been FRAUDULENTLY charged of Failure to Report Child Abuse.

Kinda reminds me of that cult church from Arkansas...that Alamo weirdo that tried for over a year to raise his wife from the dead,didn't Osborn,Roberts and a bunch of these TV evangelist used to have have tent meetings down by Jenks in the 60s?They would have people hold chunks of chicken livers in their mouths and then pick them out of the audience for hands on healing they would slap them on the back and they would cough up the"cancer" stand up from their wheel chair and walk back completely "healed"

aleman they kicked this moneychangers church off at T.L. Osborn :-) Ever heard of that before? Osborn was a missionary who had a museum on 51st and Rockford. Still not too sure what part of Christianity is involved in the display of shrunken heads.

A fair trial will prove Either guilt or innocence. Step on up in the box put your right hand on the holy bible and swear to tell the truth so help you god. What are you afraid of brother. I bet you're ascared that My God won't release you from the payment for your sin!!! (if you harm a single hair) Welcome to the pretty part of he'll burn your assets and cleanse a scourge like you from the face of this earth. I know which god I'm working with. Your actions show that your false god sanctioning you in the money changers church may not give you all the protection you need. You have no need to hide if you're innocent. Hold still it won't hurt long..

Why is Sharon Daugherty not also charged? Reports indicate her son and daughter-in-law confessed to her very early on, admitted they knew they should have come forward earlier, and that they "dropped the ball". If these facts prove true, she is just as guilty as they are and should be prosecuted for her failure to report the matter to authorities immediately upon being advised. At the very least, she should step down during the investigation. Again, if the facts are true, the behavior of the Daugherty family in relation to this crime is shameful and certainly does not reflect genuine Christian values.

Accessory to the crime,man...think I see some horns sprouting out,still think this church is a get rich scheme dreamed up in some run down motel room with cigarette burns in the carpet over a six pack of cheap beer

Drop charges against child molesters??? are you kidding? Victory Christian church is a disgrace to the kingdom of God!

Do NOT dismiss these charges!!!!
