Change of venue ordered for Kevin Sweat trial

A judge has ordered a change of venue for a man accused of killing his fiance and two little girls in Weleetka.

Kevin Sweat is charged with the 2011 death for Ashley Taylor and 2008 deaths of Skyla Whitaker and Taylor Pascal Placker. On Tuesday, a judge ordered the trial for Ashley Taylor's death to be moved to Creek County. The judge cited the attention the murder of the girls in Weleetka as reason to move the trial.

Sweat's trial for Taylor's death is now scheduled for June 10th.

Why not give him a fair trial right after hanging him?
