Victim identified in deadly west Tulsa shooting

The Tulsa County DA issued a warrant for a suspect in the city’s 32nd homicide.

Emil Barron was found shot to death at the Parkview Terrace Apartments in the 1500 block of W. 59th St. on September 4th. Police identified Dwaine Ryder as a suspect in the homicide and began working with Muskogee authorities to locate him.

Ryder was arrested on Tuesday morning. He faces charges of first degree murder and possession of a firearm.
