Prosecutors have charged a juvenile in the death of a Creek County man.
Investigators say 64-year old Roy Varnell, 64, was shot in his Drumright home in August. They say Varnell’s 12-year old grandson and eight-year old granddaughter were reportedly there at the time.
In late August, investigators brought the boy in for questioning after they say he was unable to provide a description of the suspect.
