Of course all of the renters at Fairmont Terrace were approved by Tulsa Housing Authority. Doubt if THEY could bear any responsibility at all.

Of course if this law passes, Rental Owners who are running now won't be under the contract. Now lets say a complex has 100 criminals in the complex. You go after the owner, fine him and do whatever. Now he evicts everyone, You just scattered the 100 criminals all over town. Now instead of isolated areas, it's all over town. I don't see this as a viable solution.

mr. mayor, apartment owners should screen their renters. our law inforcement can only inforce the law thats written in the law books. then our judges have to back the law. i see some of these offenders are juvenile. these juveniles had records.probaly like a family member of mine. we tried to get help. dhs case 2 inches thick. but you see the juvenile couldnt be helped because the law states they have to be convicted of the crime. well, now there is a murder . but probaly wont have conviction. because we try them as juveniles. when they do not mind their parents, listen to their teachers or the law. that should be reason enough to be in a facility to help them. we in oklahoma are waiting to long to help these juvenlies. mr. mayor, would you please use your position to change the law for juveniles to recieve help before they murder. i was thinking maybe they could be in a facilty with the right education on the behavior disorder from which they are obviously suffering.their parents could be educated about this as well. we might just save a life, a family or a whole community. i personally would put forth great effort to help you. our family lost the battle.please, try and help these young people before its to late.
