It's going to take more than a spanking to set these ruffians straight.

I live in this neighborhood and these boys run the streets with little or no supervision. Last week on my way home, they were walking on the street and one refused to move to the side of the road so I could pass. These boys need to be taught discipline and respect now or they are going to end up behind bars when they are older.

I lived in a similar neighborhood a few years ago and the kids at the end of the street were the same way. The parents yelled at them all of the time, cussed at them, and paid no attention to them whatsoever. So, when I vacated my home, those kids trashed the outside (breaking some garden decor I had left behind, but had inteded to come back for), and broke windows. I blame the parents! If you're going to have kids, take care of them! Teach them right from wrong, and KNOW where they are and WHAT they're doing!

These kids and their parents should be required to restore the home to it's original condition.
