 Emmy Award-winning anchor Ann Sterling co-anchors FOX23 News Daybreak and FOX23 News at Noon.
Hearing the alarm ring at 2 a.m. is nothing new to Ann. Prior to joining KOKI, Ann woke up viewers in Phoenix, Arizona where she launched an early morning newscast for the ABC affiliate.
During her three years in the desert, Ann reported both locally and nationally on stories ranging from wildfires, to the 2004 presidential debates and even the latest happenings from Hollywood.
The highlight of her reporting career though was in Florida when she warned viewers as Hurricane Floyd approached the coast.
A native of the sunshine state, Ann’s career began in Nebraska. She has made stops at stations in central Florida, South Carolina and Las Vegas, Nevada.
Ann is an animal lover and has donated hundreds of volunteer hours at humane societies. She’s also an active athlete and has competed in marathons across the southeast.
Ann graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of South Florida.
