BIO Frank Wiley is excited to be back in his hometown. Frank is a graduate of Northeastern State University and worked at KFSM in Fayetteville and KSWO in Lawton before returning to Tulsa. When he's not at work, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife Karli, and his daughter Iceis.
